HOUSING

Mackenzie is located in the middle of São Paulo Downtown and due the lack of space, we do not have dormitories in our campus. For institutional reasons we cannot recommend any private dormitories for students either, since we do not have any official partnership with private house/room owners.

Students must bear in your mind that Sao Paulo is a busy city like New York, London, Buenos Aires and so on. São Paulo is a Splendorous city full of life, culture and art but it will take a little time to understand how the city works.

We recommend students to look for houses nearby the University. Neighborhoods such Higienópolis, Santa Cecília, Consolação, Cerqueira César and Jardim Paulista are the closest neighborhoods. It is hard to find any cheap house/room in these regions, but students mayl save money and time with transportation and will be located in the very heart of Sao Paulo.

Another possibility is to live near to a subway station, since we are close to Higienópolis subway station. To find the subway stations in São Paulo, please click HERE.

There are many possibilities to find a housing services that fit the student or professor needs. Some of them are:

a)      HUB88

HUB88 is a specialized housing company  that offers special conditions for Mackenzie Students and visiting researches and professors. There are three housing options:

Should you need further information regarding HUB88, you can contact them by the details provide in one of the links above or contact the international office at incoming@mackenzier.br
